The Roman Forum in Golden Light
Roma, No. 25 · The Annual, Volume One, page 116
Scattered columns and the Arch of Septimius Severus across the Roman Forum, late light raking warm over stone and ruin, umbrella pines in silhouette on the horizon. Sienna and gold dissolve into bare paper at the front. From Roma, a collection about the city between the monuments.
