Refund policy

Every print is made to order, after you order it, so I can't take back a print that arrived as described. What I can do is make it right when something goes wrong.

Damaged, flawed or wrong. If a print or a copy of the Annual arrives damaged, has a flaw in the paper or the printing, or is not what you ordered, write to me at ana@themonnacocollection.com within fourteen days of delivery with a photo of the item and its packaging. A replacement is made and shipped at no cost. If a replacement isn't possible, you'll be refunded in full to your original payment method.

Prints. Prints are not returnable for reasons other than the ones above. If you're unsure about a size, the 8x8 is the low-risk way to meet the paper before committing to a larger one.

The Annual. Unopened copies of the Annual may be returned within fourteen days of delivery for a refund of the book's price. Write to me first for the return address; return shipping is paid by the buyer, and the refund is issued when the book arrives back in the condition it left.

Changes and cancellations. Orders go to the lab quickly, usually within a few hours. If you need to change a size or an address, or cancel, write to me as soon as you can; once the lab has started making the print, it can't be stopped. Orders for the Annual can be changed or cancelled until the parcel leaves the studio.

Refund timing. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once issued, they usually appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.
