Terms of service
These terms apply to purchases and downloads from themonnacocollection.com, which is operated by MONNACO LLC, doing business as The Monnaco Collection ("the Collection," "we"). By placing an order or downloading a file, you agree to them.
What we sell. Prints made to order from the Collection's illustrations, sets of prints, and the Annual, a printed book. Prints are made on demand by a professional print lab and shipped from the lab; the Annual ships from the studio. Product descriptions, sizes and materials are given on each product page. Colors on screen are a close guide to the printed result, not an exact match.
How the work is made. The illustrations are watercolor-inspired, made digitally, with AI as part of the process, and directed and finished by the artist. The full account is on the How the Work Is Made page, and by buying from the Collection you acknowledge that you have had the chance to read it.
Prices and payment. Prices are shown in US dollars, or in your local currency where the store offers it, and include US shipping where the shipping policy says so. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments or the other methods offered there. We may correct a pricing error before an order ships, and will tell you and offer a refund if we do.
Orders. An order is accepted when you receive the order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a price was wrong, or we suspect fraud, and will refund any payment taken.
Shipping, returns and refunds are covered by the shipping policy and the return and refund policy, which form part of these terms.
What you may do with a print. A print or a copy of the Annual is yours to keep, display, give or resell as the physical object it is. It is not a license to reproduce the image: you may not scan, photograph or otherwise copy a print or a page of the Annual to make further copies, products or digital files, or to use the image in a business, publication or product.
Free downloads. Files offered free on this site are for personal use only: your own screens and your own home. They may not be resold, redistributed, used in client work, used in anything a business publishes or sells, or used to train or prompt a machine-learning system. Business use of the Collection's work is arranged separately; see For Businesses.
Use agreements. Where a business uses the Collection's work, that use is governed by a written use agreement between the business and MONNACO LLC. These terms do not grant business use rights.
The site and its contents. The Monnaco Collection name, logo, the text of this site, its design and its product designs belong to MONNACO LLC. Nothing on the site may be copied, scraped or republished without written permission, except as the free download terms above allow.
Accounts and communications. If you create an account, keep your login details to yourself; you are responsible for activity under them. By ticking the marketing box at checkout or signing up for the newsletter, you agree to receive occasional emails from the Collection; every email has an unsubscribe link.
Liability. The Collection's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays and failures caused by carriers, customs, the print lab, or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer in your country.
Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on the site when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
