A hand comes in low to hold a gathered bunch of green stems while a length of jute twine pulls tight into a knot at the middle. The stems are cut clean and still wet at the ends, the leaves above kept out of the frame entirely. Just the knot, which is where the bouquet actually becomes one thing.
