A hand tips a small steel pitcher over the open bung of a barrel, a ribbon of burgundy running down into the hole and staining the wood around it. A lantern burns against the dark of the cellar arch behind, another barrel just visible in the shadow. The oak drinks a little every month, and somebody has to pay it back.
